1. The service
Wishlistar is a multi-user wishlist and group-sharing service operated by Kobe Amerijckx (eenmanszaak, BE0765.870.131) (“we”, “us”) at https://wishlistar.be. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You must verify your email before using wishlists and groups (new accounts).
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or behaviour
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without permission
- Disrupt or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it for abuse
- Share invite links in a way that harasses others
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the wishlist content you add. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate Wishlistar (including sharing with people and groups you choose).
5. Availability
We provide Wishlistar on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by Belgian and EU mandatory consumer law, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Wishlistar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
